I will be talking with these Warriors to discuss what drives them to be successful, lessons learned along the way, insights and guidance on how to cultivate a strong mental outlook, and a plethora of current social or political topics of modern concern ... plus a bunch on nonsense!

002. Keith Banks
On this episode of Warrior Enigma, host Jeff Ottele sits down with Keith Banks. Keith is a 20 year veteran of the Queensland Police Department. His accolades include two of the prestigious Queensland Police Valour Awards and the Australian Bravery Medal. He spent years as an undercover narcotics officer before becoming a member of the special weapons and tactics team where his intense experiences of combat and loss lead him to a dark place in life. After years of chaos, he turned in his badge and ventured into the corporate world where he worked a number of jobs on his way into the role of Chief Operations Officer. In 2022 he began the next chapter in his life as an author, public speaker, and mental health advocate.
