A warrior's mind is not always about war - that is the enigma! Warriors exist in every aspect of human life. There are people pursuing life goals all over the world in countless areas of focus who have adopted a "won't quit, can't lose" mentality. THESE ARE WARRIORS!
I will be talking with these Warriors to discuss what drives them to be successful, lessons learned along the way, insights and guidance on how to cultivate a strong mental outlook, and a plethora of current social or political topics of modern concern ... plus a bunch on nonsense!

006. Lucas Cecotti
On this episode of Warrior Enigma, host Jeff Ottele sits with US Navy SEAL and long time friend, Mr. Lucas Cecotti. Lucas and Jeff Deployed together in 2016/17 as Task Force Trident in support of Special Operations Command Korea (SOCKOR) during a time when missiles were being launched over Japan and tensions were high. They have been close friends ever since!
Lucas sits and speaks about his upbringing, his path to becoming a SEAL, his deployments both as a Frog Man and later as a contractor. He digs into specific memories of BUDs and an unexpected battle in Kunduz Afghanistan that left over 600 enemy combatants dead over 5 days of fighting. Lucas speaks from the heart as he explains the hidden scars of war and how they impacted his life. He speaks about his use of psychedelic therapy to find mental clarity and ultimately become a better father and friend.
